The house at Paulinerweg 3, built in 1936, was lovingly and extensively renovated in 2023/24 and adapted to modern standards.
We want our flats to be a second home for you and for you to feel at home with us.
The flats have been lovingly and stylishly furnished and we hope that you will find everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The city centre, the train station, the zoo or the stadium can be easily reached on line 15. The new lake district is just a few minutes' drive away by car, public transport (bus) or bicycle. 

The Völkerschlachtdenkmal is within walking distance There is a park directly opposite the house.

Here you will find a playground and sports facilities. Here you will also find a sound play in memory of the Paulinerkirche, which was blown up in 1968.
